I am a 26-year-old teacher of Outdoor Arts and Sciences headed back to college! Reedley College is the place I'm headed to, FULL TIME, starting in January, and I need a place to stay!(Preferably IN Reedley, Sanger if it's less than 30 min away from campus.) As a person of great character, I have spent the past four years of my life working for youth camps, churches, and schools across the country. I'm independent and can keep to myself, but I LOVE to interact with people in positive ways. I have no problems living with a family with kids and pets, and would actually prefer to help a family out by renting from them rather than spending tons of money to live alone :( No fun living alone :( I am single and don't bring pets, drugs, or parties with me. I do bring a lot of fun and knowledge and traveling experience and stories!

I don't mind living with college age people either. I'm a great resource of knowledge and activities. If college students, I'd prefer to live with other females, but *might* consider a male roommate if there is at least one other female there too.

Since I'm planning to go to school for about 17 credit hours, I won't have time to have a job to work to pay rent, so I'm saving up now and working as much as I can the next two months . But it's still not going to be a lot to work with. Being that I have worked jobs that are great for building strong kids and communities, they are nonetheless underpaying and I've barely managed to stay afloat financially (I call it the grace of God). I have NO credit card debt and am content and capable to live comfortably on very little. I believe in paying people what they deserve, and I'm not looking for a handout. But I do need something I can afford.

I had arranged for a room for $50-$70 a month (which I know is ridiculously low) but that has fallen through. I don't think I'll be able to pay more than $200 a month, but I can provide services like weekend and overnight babysitting, tutoring, teaching, yard work, house cleaning, pet care/walking, typing, and other random helps.
I have my own car which I don't mind parking in the street if there's not a driveway. I don't mind living in the country either. In fact, I would LOVE to have access to a place to help you start and care for a spring veggie garden! I'll be headed back to camp for the summer at the end of May.
