Now I understand that many people are hesitent about letting more then one person move in to a room. I assure you we are not like most. We are not going to be evicted/homeless/out on the street any time soon. We are just as capible to get an apartment and go along our merry way. In hopes of getting a better location for our money, we are just putting this out there.
We are a family of three (Me, my wife, and my 9 mo old) who are looking to rent one room (or two, if your per room rate is in our price range). We do have a baby, so you would have to be mindfull that we like the place a bit quiet after 8, and clean and tidy. We love cats and dogs but do not have any of our own. We pay our rent on time and have excellent renter's history.
If you have only 1 room, but worry about furnature placement: We will purcase a Queen loft bed so that our furnature would fit nicely in the room, and put the rest in storage.
If worried aboud fridge sharring, we would be willing to buy a new/used fridge and put it in the garage so that no confution takes place.
If you are also a family or have children, we are ok with that as well. If you have an In-home daycare, we are willing to get fingerprinted. We would like to move about june.
