There is already another male room mate living in the smaller room, he is very friendly and keeps to himself and rarely there because he is very involved with his church group and works long hours so most of the time you will have the place to yourself. The room you will be renting is HUGE and has a walk in closet. This place is unfurnished so if you have furniture you are more then welcomed to bring it with you.

Ok, about the apartment. Again, like I said the master bedroom in HUGE and has a walk in closet. There is only one bath but is a great size. There is a washer and dryer that you will have full access to and a small back yard so I would consider a pet. There is a covered parking spot that will be assigned to you as well as a gym key that you are able to use. There is pots and pans, dishes, cups, etc. that will be there so you dont have to worry about that. The $400.00 dollars will cover the rent, trash, water, sewer, gas and electric. The only thing you will be responsible for is if you want cable which the other room mate may be willing to pay half but again this is optional. There will be a deposit required but would be willing to break it up into payments.
