I don't drink or use drugs (you will find Odoul's in my fridge though) If you smoke a bowl once in awhile thats fine just don't do it here period, You will be out on your ass in 30 seconds no refunds no questions no discussions. You must be working and have been for at least 6 months. I will want 3 references previous landlord at least 1, and two others. If your on parole you must have been out at least 9 months with no issues, I will talk to your agent. Trust me I will call your refs. Numbers that are no good will end the discussion. I would prefer somebody over 25 but that is on a case by case basis, I would consider a couple again on a case by case basis. No pets please and don't ask. You must be able to share in the maintenance of the house, clean up after your self, put dishs aways etc, take out the garbage once in awhile, if it is full empty it. etc etc common sense crap. I try to do a "clean up" once a week or so.

I have a washer and dryer, if you have some furniture lets talk about that, since my roomie will be taking the biggest items, not to sure about the dishs yet. I have my own shop out back and generally I work until I drop then pretty much stay in my room, the boy roams around some, the girl I can't get off the computer so when she is home she is pretty much on the key in her room.

ROOM B: Is on the small side. it is 12x8 Room is very small. Could be used a your personal Living room or an office for your self. Also This room does not have a door only a curtain.

I live with my boyfriend we are very outgoing and fun people. We're into quads and going to pismo, camping, fishing, 4x4ing, classic cars, and any thing outside is always good. I do have 3 dogs. so you got to be cool with that.

I'm a 44 single father with a young son living with me 50% of the time. My son and I will share the master bedroom and bath, which leaves 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom availabe for 2 roommates to share. Bathroom consists of tub/shower and 2 sinks. My house is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood near Riverpark. Rent is $400 a month per room, with a no deposit. You will have full access to all living areas, including laundry and small back yard and patio with BBQ and patio furniture. I also have a small vegitable garden you are welcome to plant in. You would need to provide your own laundry soap and all other personal hygiene products.

I curently do not have satelite or cable, but will be willing to install and split the cost with roommates. There is Wi-Fi available.
PG&E will be divided by all roommates, it's been running about $60 per month. Trash and water are included in your rent. All roommates will be responsible for keeping common areas clean. I'm not a clean freak, but would prefer areas to be tidy.
