We are looking for a fun but responsible female to share a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in a nice, safe community in Northeast Fresno. The two other tenants are health care professionals who will be completing a 1 year long residency starting in July 2008.
The house has a large pool in the backyard (great for those sweltering Fresno summers!) and a nice patio for entertaining/dining. The house includes all major appliances living/dining furniture. The rent includes all the maintenance of the house including the pool. You wil only be responsible for your rent plus your portion of the PG&E.
