My roommate is leaving at the end of the month so I am looking for a replacement now. The house has been fully remodeled with granite counter tops and tile flooring. Outside we have a ping pong table and spa. The room has a walk in closet and has the option of being furnished with a queen sized bed, matching desk and dresser or unfurnished.
