Room (1) 4 rent in Bonnadelle Ranchos just 15 minutes north of Riverpark (Fresno). Utilities are included in the rental amount & the house is: 2000 sq.ft. 3bd/2bath home on 2 acres, with outside parking only. I usually stay pretty busy with work, school, and traveling. I'm a pretty laid back individual, and would like someone who obviously is responsible, and reliable, with a certain level of respect for personal space & is, most importantly, financially stable. SORRY...no pets please.
