Looking for a roommate to share a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath, european quarter home near buchanan high school. I am a 32 yr old male, recently divorced and need help with the mortgage. Must have no kids,be clean, and only one small dog is allowed. You will have your own room and your own bathroom. The house is fully furnished, washer and dryer is upstairs which is great since the bedrooms are upstairs, and you have your space for your car in the garage. It is a gated community and very quiet. I am very easy to live with, and I work within the medical profession. I do not require a deposit, just give me a 30 day notice should you need to move out.
I am offering 2 different deals and both are negotiable when we talk.
$500.00 a month plus 1/3 of utilities (pge, cable, water/sewage).
