This is the best place that you'll find on Craig's List, and I know because that's how I originally found it when I moved to town. My roommate is moving out so I need someone to move in to this beautiful 2BR/2BA luxury condo about a mile west of the Fig Garden Village and a mile east of Winepress. It's central to everything, but the complex is so hidden you may have driven by it 10 times without noticing. The complex is occupied mostly by older folks, so its very quiet and peaceful.
I'm a 25-year old guy, gainfully employed. I'm looking for a guy in the 22-30 range, though this is perfect for someone recently out of school with a job in Fresno. We're more likely to get along if you like sports, particularly baseball. I keep to myself mostly at home, and my previous roomate and I had very different schedules so we saw very little of one another.
The condo has 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. I'll be moving into the master bedroom which is connected to its bathroom. The other bedroom is basically about five steps from a bathroom that would be all yours. The place is stunning. I've found apartments/rooms to rent on Craig's List in three different cities, and this is easily the best place I've ever found. Black granite countertops in the kitchen, stainless steel appliances. Washer/dryer, two-car garage (one spot would be yours). Back and side patios fenced in from neighbors.
Cable and internet and PGE would be split evenly between us. If you have a wireless router or can figure out how to install mine, we have wireless Internet. No pets please. The previous roommate smoked, but only outside, which is obviously totally cool.
