We are not charging a deposit. Only $375.00 a month - will get you a key! This is a three bedroom house, which has recently been remodeled. The room we are offering, has it's own seperate entrance. The house also has two bathrooms. The bathroom is right next to it, and is all new. You will have laundry and kitchen privledges. You supply your own bathroom necessities, your own laundry soap, and your own food - unless we all decide to do something together. This house has a covered carport which you are welcome to use (right next to your entrance). The house has a front fenced yard. It is close to all bus lines, and shopping. The rent includes utilities. We currently do not have internet in the house, you are welcome to have it put in if you like. The room has a ceiling fan, is carpeted, and has large mirrored closet. The home is air conditioned. Feel free to come by and see us. The best time is during the afternoon. The room is available now to move in.
