Father and 1 adult daughter looking for female roommate.

Full use of kitchen and washer/dryer and pool.
Share bathroom with 1 person (other female tenant).

Quiet Neighborhood 6min from FSU and near bus stop and major freeway.
No Smoking, No Partying.

We are willing to consider pet(s), depending on type, size, number and compatibility with my daughter's 5mo old boxer pup.

Our home/occupants/location is somewhere I would feel good about my daughter living if she were not living at home.
