I'm looking for a roommate to move in starting in the month of August as my current roommate is getting married and moving away. The rent is $350 plus half of utilities (PG&E is about $50 a month). 900 sq. ft., 2 bedroom, shared bath, living room, kitchen patio. Plenty of space. Pets are welcome but there is a pet deposit.
