We have a cute, 3-bedroom house in the Tower with a newly remodeled kitchen, hardwood floors in the living room, a front porch, back patio and backyard with lawn. Rent is only 400 (for your own room!) plus utilities. My roommate has a cat (very clean!), and cats or small dogs are welcome.
