The house is located in a very nice, safe and quiet neighborhood within 5 min of CSUF, shopping and the freeway . I am a single gal (23 yrs old)and graduating from CSUF. I don't drink, do drugs or smoke. I am quiet and pretty clean but not a neat freak. This is a 3 bedroom home with 2 baths. My two roomies are moving out to return home.
