Beautiful friendly Nanday conure (fresno/clovis)

I have A Nanday conure he is a sweet heart and i love him very much i bought him in phoenix for $600 I am moving and i cant take him with me. He is about 5 years old, I'm not sure if he is male or female but i have always felt he was male. You can pretend he is either=) He can speak a little bit. He says, come here, i love you, step up, and bless you, its kinda muffled but its cute. he loves sitting on your shoulder and you have a hard time getting him off. I am asking a $250 rehoming fee i do have a cage for him but it is in phoenix so i cant provide a cage i will be going to phoenix tommorrow and could bring back the cage and you can have that for an extra $50 if you need it.
