Horse riding

I was wondering if anybody knows of a good place for my daughter to learn how to ride a horse. They last place I took her to for about 3 months wasn't very nice. I would show up on time but they would be late. I would pay for an 1 hour lesson and should would be on the horse for at most 20 minutes. Please give me advise my daughter really wants to ride horses again.
