Found Puppy (Fresno)

This puppy was abandoned out by my employers home. She is very skinny but very sweet. I already have several dogs and can't keep another one. I've contacted all the rescues but no one can take her, I really don't want to take her to the SPCA. If you have room for her please call me ASAP.
