This cat tree It is approx. 52" tall and very very sturdy! The cats use this occasionally and use to sit on top of it but it is taking up too much space since we are trying to go through and minimize. This is not new but is in good condition. Our cats are very clean and do not mark anything. If you have checked, these trees go for over $250 for the 48" style. larger ones are close to or more than $300+. Asking $75 or make an offer. Will be vaccumed for pick up.
