You will need a BS in Industrial Safety/Environmental Health, OR 2-3 years
commensurate experience.
You will need strong knowledge of governmental regulations and employment
laws. OSHA/EPA manufacturing exposure; loss control experience.
FOOD PROCESSING BACKGROUND IS REQUIRED.
