$800 Looking for a house or apartment (Clovis or Fresno)
My husband and I are looking for a house or an apartment to rent beginning in August. We need a place that accepts pets and has washer dryer hookups.
We are a young married couple, and we have two small poodles that are completely housetrained and do not shed. We are respectful and honest. We would like a place either in Clovis or near Fresno State University since my husband works full time and is working on finishing his degree. We do not smoke or drink, nor do we party. We also have excellent renter's history.
We can pay up to $800 a month. We would prefer a small house with a yard but will also look at apartments as long as they except more than one pet and have washer dryer hookups within the unit.
