Hello, like the title says I am not the typical section 8 renter. I am quiet, clean, I only have 1 child, I don't drink or do drugs and I want to live in an area that I don't have to worry about being robbed or a bullet coming in through a wall. I am a 0 rent with section 8, which means they cover all my rent. The reason being is that I don't work right now because I am waiting for my son to go to school so that I can go back to school myself. My bills get paid through family help and I am going to start getting child support from my sons father. I have been living in the same section 8 apts now for close to 4 years and never had a complaint about me. I am looking for someone that will work with me on the deposit since I don't have a job.
