I am a single mom with a 16 month old son who needs a safe, quiet, and clean place as soon as possible. I am able to pay up to 700 per month. I am open to renting an apartment, condo, guest house... whatever. As long as it's in a quiet area and I will feel secure. I don't have any pets and I am a teacher in a local school district.
