We are seeking a 2/1 or preferably 2/2 unit with a one-year lease/option at the Villa Borgata condominiums in downtown Fresno. We are receptive to a "fixer upper" or a unit in need of some TLC.
If you have a unit at VB that you're unable to sell or have been giving thought to sublesing it, please feel free to contact us. We'd be happy to view the unit and talk further with you about the possibility of a lease/option.
