I am looking for a place to move in on January 1st 2010. I am looking for a condo/apt/studio which is newly remodeled with new appliances. I will sign any lease terms if pleased with unit. I have excellent credit and looking for nice areas and neighbors. Most utilities like water and internet must be included. Anything within 15 minutes of CSU Fresno is a plus.
