Rare Grip / Drift Event
Special Pricing for doing both morning grip and afternoon drift!!!
Grip runs: 5 attempts at the grip course per entry.
Drift runs: 5 attempts of back to back runs for 10 runs total per entry.
Autocross is a timed contest of driving skill. Speeds and hazards to spectators, participants, and property do not exceed those found in normal, legal highway driving. We think it is much more fun than street driving and you can't get a speeding ticket! Best of all, you can enter in your everyday street car!
Drifting is a sport in which the driver attempts to slide their rear wheel drive car around corners at angle exceeding the angle required for the turn.
Drifters will assist with construction of Drift course during the lunch break and Drifters will also assist with reconstructing the course for the Enduro Sunday.
All vehicles must pass safety inspection on the following points prior to running:
o Throttle: Return Safe & Positive
o Electrical: Battery Secure (not moving at all), inside box if not in factory location.
NO ALCOHOL ON SITE - NO MINORS ON GRID
$30 for SCCA members.
$45 for non-members.
The additional $15 allows you to run under a "weekend membership". Up to two weekend memberships ($30) may be applied towards an annual SCCA membership.
