We are three Fresno State students who purchased a 1 year lease and are looking to sell the last 3 months (summer) of our contract. In the event that you like the place you will be able to re-sign and stay as long as you would like. The house is awesome it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a huge living room and spacious patio with lots of gated parking with an all night security guard that walks around every single night of the week. Some other amenities include a washer drier, fireplace and a walk in closet in the master bedroom. The area is quiet and safe, it has a gated pool and hot tub along with several ponds and fountains scattered throughout the complex.
