We are looking for a third mature friend.
I am an Empty nester, now widowed baby-boomer, with a huge home.
A second 'Golden Girl' is happy, in an in-law apartment.
My 4,000 square foot home has a separate studio apartment that was previously Maids Quarters.
The studio apartment has a separate kitchenett, laundry room, private entrance and private fenced yard isolated for that dwelling.
A reserved parking space is 10 feet from the door - convenient to the front of the main home and well lit at night.
A separate back door leads to the pool and common area that has a summer kitchen.
The rent includes cable internet, and basic cable TV AND the utilities.
The rent is $700 by lease. HOWEVER, I give the discount if you pay No Later Than the 1st of each month!
Is it a good value?
